Respirar concientemente te ayuda en superar ansiedad, estrés, depressión, y otras emociones negativas y dolencias. Es igualmente una buena herramienta para relajarte y para aquietar tu mente.
En este curso aprendes a utilizar distintas técnicas de Yoga y de Chi Kung, y de otras disciplinas.
